We had a great experience with Tom Rinaldi as our technician. Tom called prior to coming to let us know he would be a few minutes later than scheduled. When he came, he told us what was necessary to fix our very old garage door without too much of an investment since we use this garage for storage only. Tom was fast, professional and very helpful. Our very old door works quite smoothly now with its new springs, pulleys and cables. Thank you Tom for your great service and thank you Precision Door Services. I called to buy a new opener. The technician arrived and explained that the springs were not strong enough to hold up the door. At first I didn't believe him, but he brought me out the the garage and showed me. He replaced the springs and pulleys and then replaced the gears in the opener. It did cost more than I had hoped, but everything works fine. I would reccommend you to my friends.
