My garage door was extremely difficult to open and close and I suspected there could be multiple problems that needed to be corrected. The technician called to ask if he could arrive early and he did just that. He inspected the door and the opener thoroughly and found numerous problems including code violations. It was clear to me that this technician really knew his stuff; he was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. I agreed with his recommendations 100%. We agreed on a course of action and work will proceed once materials are available. Before calling Precision I had studied their reviews which were excellent and instrumental in me calling them and being very comfortable with the recommendations that I received.

We had Mike come to our home today to fix our garage door from the moment he spoke, I knew I was talking to a polite knowledgable person he listened to our problem first and then proposed different scenarios We choise taking the door apart and new springs and rollers We have had this door for years and have never been able to push it up Because of Mike, we are now able to open the door and close it without having to hang our bodies off the handle Thank you for hiring such a great asset to your firm i will have no quams passing on his name and your company

Like the security of knowing who is coming by seeing picture and name. And knowing have been security checked. Mike explained different routes I could take and different costs. I made final choice which was to me least costly and solves problems (I hope). Of course with Mikes knowledge. Anything over hundred dollars scares me.....lol. Would appreciate a copy of work done mailed to me. Do not have a copier.

Would definitely use Precision again. All of the staff was very polite. I had a 9-11 am time slot and they called me on their way with an estimated arrival time which was great. Barry was awesome! He was very professional and made sure I understood all that he was doing and showed me what had gone wrong. Great experience.

Quality work and am very satisfied with the doors. Only complaint was that the fitting for the doors was originally measured in correctly causing a delay in installation and required an adjustment of our schedule to accommodate the revisit.

Awesome service and really knowledgeable. Alex just corrected a few issues I've had with my garage door for the last 2 years. Others have looked at it and tried to fix it but not able to do it correctly. Alex stepped me through the process and corrected all of the issues with the door and it's parts. It now runs very smoothly and I would definitely recommend this company.
