The man that came out to my house was very professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained he could repair it but because of the age of the thing and winter coming along I decided to change it to a newer and better model . He was helpful in telling me the difference in systems which helped me to decide what to get. I like the new garage door opener now. Great work and cleaned up after himself . Hi Walt, I had Paul come to service my garage door on 8/24/18 that your company installed on 9/2015. My request for the service call was to fix the noise when the door opens. Paul could not fix the problem and now the noise is going up and down. When the door is unhooked the garage door open and closing is quiet. The second garage door that you installed at the same time is quiet all the time. Paul was polite and listened to my problem and I enjoyed working with him but the noise still is there and I am not happy with the results which I had to pay for. I look forward to your feed back about my garage door problem. Thanks.

Tom did a great job on the garage door repair and also spent time checking out the other garage door. The same day service was excellent. I also liked that I did receive a senior discount. I would call your company again if I had any garage door repair issues or garage door replacements. I also liked that the company did drug testing and background checking on the employees

Ray called to let me know he was running a few minutes late -- got to love that! Once he arrived he inspected my door and reviewed everything with me. I must say he talked to me in a way that I actually understood what he was reccommending. He cleaned the garage and left it in better condition than when he arrived. My door works great! Thanks and I reccommend Ray to anybody who needs their door fixed.
