Good communication throughout; I knew when tech was on the way, he arrived on time, was careful to observe health protocols, and worked efficiently. He taught me several important maintenance tips, things that might have avoided a service call. Fairly priced. I’ll definitely use them again if it becomes necessary.

I was initially impressed that the company sent me photos of the workmen who might come, saying "Don't invite strangers into your home.". The people who have come to service my garage door have been polite, efficient, professional, and really knew how to diagnose a problem. Both (two years apart) have worked quickly to make the door work better, besides getting rid of the problem that I called about.

Precision installed 2 new garage doors. At the initial visit they recommended that I needed some additional structural work before they could install. When that was complete, they came again and reviewed the work before taking my order. Their work is excellent and the doors are beautiful. All employees were polite and helpful. They also provided near by addresses so I could see similar doors in advance with the approval of their customers.

Precision earned a 5 star rating with its exemplary service today. The technician clearly knew the products thoroughly and made a quick diagnosis. Addressing me in a courteous and professional manner he explained what the problem was and the options to handle it. Everything was made clear, I knew what the cost would be and once I approved the work, he completed it efficiently and left everything in perfect order. Then he provided instruction on the new motor package from touch pad to an overview of remote access. We were very happy to invest in a quality product delivered with so little stress. I would recommend Precision without hesitation. Thank you for a well done job.

Great idea about pictures of the men that are coming to your home. Had an hole new door put in. Great price. I used Precision before for repairs, so I tried to find a current review on line, but had some difficulty locating the Company listing. I finally called the number on my sticker/magnet anyway. I'm glad I did. Gary came out and assessed the situation and I was convinced that he was right that I would be better off putting in a new door than repairing the old door. He explained things in detail, and I liked the idea of energy savings in addition to a better looking door that worked well. So, I upgraded. Ray was the installer, and he was great - very polite, enthusiastic, diligent. He did a great job putting the new door in! And corrected the problem with my old structure that wasn't level. He came early and completed the installation, cleaned up all the old stuff and took it away. Both Gary and Ray were very professional and just real nice to deal with. I was very impressed, and when my Sears door opener stops working eventually, I plan to call Precision. I can't recommend them highly enough. A first rate job, in my view. The new door is great. Thanks Gary and Ray.

I was very pleased with the service and decided to replace the garage door at this time to upgrade the equipment and help with energy conservation. Gary was very helpful and took the time to explain everything in a very understandable manner. He also provided a temporary repair, so I can use the door for the week or so it will take to install the new door. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. I am pleased with Precision

The sympton didn't happen initially but Ryan waited until it appeared which resulted in a proper diagonsis. The door is now fixed properly after several other companies came out a claimed to have fixed the door. I'm extemely happy!

Precision scheduled an appointment quickly (within a day) and maintained good communication. The installer arrived on time, was friendly, pleasant, patient, and efficient. He explained everything to us about opener options, installation, and operation. He showed us how everything worked. And he left his work area spotless.
