I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment. Justin actually came early. He did an assessment and tried to repair my sensors, to no avail. Based on his recommendation I have decided to replace my old units. There was no pressure to buy, Justin expertly explained the pros and cons of new vs. constant repair. If the installation goes as well as the service call, I could not ask for better service.

Garage door springs and pulley system replaced. Installed wireless keyless entry. Technician (Barry) was punctual, personable, and informative. Expectations fully met. Chose Precision because of previous experience with them. They performed tune-up on another door 4 years ago.
