Christopher called to say he would arrive earlier than the appointed time. After he arrived he asked a few questions then set about diagnosing the problem. Within 20 minutes he made some recommendations and a cost estimate which I accepted. A short time later I had a garage door opening normally. Christopher was professional and courteous. The person on the phone was also helpful and courteous. Very good overall experience.

I range Precision because they had good reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Firstly the young lady in the call center was polite & very helpful and arrange for service technician to be at my home very quickly. Just over an hour later Ron the service technician arrived at my home, he looked at the garage door, asked a few questions, then showed /explained what the problem was , he then told me the price and how he got to that amount, I told him to go ahead and do the repair, which he did. The garage door bolt had loosened and the spring and bracket has fallen to the floor. Within 2 days the technician was out and fixed it in no time at all! The price was not over the top. Very polite and efficient!

This company was a pleasure to work with, from the office staff to the installer everything was smooth and professional. The product is better than I hoped. The installer called prior to coming, was very professional, well organized and completed the project in a timely manner. The old door was removed and taken away with installer. Ray (the installer) explained things well when I had a question. Our old door took 2 people to open and need to be held up with a steel pole now the new door lifts with 2 fingers and Ray even added a little rope handle so I could reach it myself. The new door look beautiful and all the neighbors have commented how great it looks too! Thank you so much Precision Team!!!

The technician, Brian, was professional, polite, and even arrived a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He did an appraisal and told me what needed to be done and what the cost would be for the repairs. Brian was efficient and the repairs took less than 45 minutes to perform.
