Cable snapped and spring was damaged. Chris replaced springs, cables and pulleys. During final testing, he saw that the alignment of the runners at the end of the run was binding at the end of the door opening (from the original install). Chris took the time to re-align for a proper opening. All seems smoother than before and the springs appear to be of a higher quality as do the pulleys. Very professional workmanship.

I had tried unsuccessfully to get repair work done with three other companies before learning of you from a friend. On the day of the repair, Chris Young called to advise he was en route, showed up during the promised window of time, and went to work right away. He was very friendly, high energy despite being late on a Friday, and explained what he was doing as he was troubleshooting problems with both our garage door openers. He wound up being able to save one and had to replace the other. He worked hard, despite getting drenched in a lightning storm, and stayed good-natured throughout. He explained everything at the end to ensure I was clear and comfortable with the results of all his work. He was a great serviceman and great ambassador for your company. I'd definitely recommend Chris and your company!

Chris, our technician is highly experienced and works quickly and efficiently. Our old, thick, heavy, really solid, double sized wooden door is over 50 years old. After Chris replaced the damaged and worn springs, rollers, pulleys and added a safety cable our door is like new. It has never functioned this well in the 35 years we have been in our house. Quality work is always worth the extra expense. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. Another company wanted to charge me double what Precision did. Very friendly service andeven secured my garage door shut for the time being wthout me asking, whereas the other company did not evenbdo that and I had to ask him to get it open to get my car out. He would have just left it and my car not able to get out. Anything you need that has to do with garages call Precision!

My garage door cable snapped on Sunday. I called at 8am Monday, they gave me a same day appointement for between 9-11am. Service rep was here by 9:15 and done by 10:15. Had all the parts he needed right on the van. Outstanding service, good value, and a 3 year warranty on the work (you can get up to 7 years if you pay a little more and upgrade some parts). Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing garage door service. Thank you!
