Tech didn't have wires attached on electric eye. Probably why electric eyes would not light.
Our best guess is that the wires were not correctly installed. The opener worked when we left, but obviously we hadn't done the original job properly. We apologize for any inconvenience and are obviously happy to come out and provide warranty work (free of charge). Again we are sorry our first attempt to fix your opener wasn't as promised.

I responded to a AAA ad which offered a $99 promotion including the installation of new nylon rollers and a garage door "tune-up". Joe, the technician was early, calling first to ensure that was okay. He was professional and quite helpful responding to any questions I had. If this is indicative of the service Precision offers I am impressed and I'll certainly use them again.

Had rebuilds done for both doors...all new hardware (springs, cabels, rollers,...). Matt was very knowledgable and went above and beyond what was needed. When I need to get new doors and/or operators, this company will be the one I call. I had called the original company who installed the doors when the house was built in 2001 and no one (4 days later) has returned my call. This company has great customer service and will work on any aspect that needs done, not just installing new doors, which smaller companies often focus on. All good here!
