I was anxious about this interaction but Noah clearly and respectfully communicated every option and step of the process. He made the broken old system disappear without stress or trace before he meticulously installed an updated replacement with minimal interaction at a fair price. Still have the same issue with one garage door. Doesn't go up smoothly..The technician greased both doors but one door is still not going up smoothly. Jerking from side to side. Something needs to be done. After spending $224.50 not happy with results.

Waited all day only to find out the opener would not be installed as I was originally informed. Although I explained the work I wanted done when I spoke to the call center, the technician was not prepared to perform the required work. Took the day off from work for no reason.

The technician was on time, and called before arrival to verify his arrival time. He was mindful of not tracking dirt in, was quick to assess the problem. I appreciated that he gave me the option of only repairing the broken spring but provided an estimate for replacing both. He was efficient, pleasant, and professional. He also informed my about needing new springs for my garage door, but also said they're good for another 1-2 years. He didn't push me to do it now, which I appreciated.
