My garage door opener has a battery pack that was beeping every 30 seconds. I call Precision and they made an appointment for a technician to come to my house. Paul Osborne called me before the appointment and showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. It was a pleasure having him working in my home. He was very polite, knew what he was doing, and kept me informed on what was needed, what he was doing, and let me agree on the cost before doing the work. If I ever need more work I will ask for Paul! I don't see it listed but I purchased not only a new battery for the one that was beeping but replace the other one also!

The spring to my garage door broke. I called the Worcester, MA area number for Precision. The Customer Service Representative: Emily set me up with an appointment for later that same day. The repairmen: Barry & Mike arrived on time, worked in unison to repair my door, demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. They were in an out within 40 minutes and the door is just like new. I was very impressed with the competency and professionalism of both the repair technicians as well as the Customer Service Representative. I enthusiastically recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Company to anyone who has a problem with their garage door.

We needed repair of our garage door opener. We looked up on Yelp, got your name, read your reviews and gave you a call. We were given a one day appointment with a 2 hour window. On the day of the appointment the serviceman called and said he could arrive a half-hour early if that was okay and he was here exactly when he said. He went right to work and in a matter of 15, 20 minutes he gave us 3 options for repair and explained each to us. You service was great and we are very happy.

Customer Service went out of their way to reach a technician to do the repairs. Technician arrived within 1 hour of my initial call. Work was completed in about 1 hour.
