I had door opener replaced in one of my garage door about two years ago by Precision Door Service. New opener is quite and work nicely in two years. Today I have another door replaced. The company comes to service quick and finish work quickly. I recommend this company.

I've had two service calls since moving in to our home. One for a new system and one to replace the rubber pieces on the bottom of the doors. Both times, the techs were knowledgeable, prescriptive and very patient. Never trying to upsell, always focused on finding a solution to the issue. This is a first rate operation with first rate employees. And the best part is their prices are very reasonable. I can't speak highly enough about the service.

Mike called to say he'd be early and was true to his word, a characteristic he consistently demonstrated. A badly rusted cable had broken, causing the 165 lb. door to slam to the ground. He showed me how 27 years had degraded both doors and showed me exactly what was needed to fix them. True to his word, he did what he said he'd do in an hour and a half. Not super cheap but a five year warrantee lessened the pain. A really terrific job! Thanks, Mike.

Precision has exceeded my expectations! I had an issue with my garage door closing. I had Precision install a new system 18 months ago that included a 7 year warranty. The recent issue involved my cluelessness about cobwebs covering the base on the ground and so the signals were not reading each other. The tech showed me what to do and problem solved in 30 seconds! I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment. Justin actually came early. He did an assessment and tried to repair my sensors, to no avail. Based on his recommendation I have decided to replace my old units. There was no pressure to buy, Justin expertly explained the pros and cons of new vs. constant repair. If the installation goes as well as the service call, I could not ask for better service.

Extremely disappointed. When the technician arrived he barely looked at our doors and began trying to sell us on a complete re-build of both doors. All we wanted was spring replacement on one door. The price quoted was more than 10 times the cost of a pair of springs. Felt like pressure to pick the complete re-build. I will do the repair myself and save hundreds. If your business model is to sell complete door re-builds, you should be honest on your website.

Everything went smoothly and quickly when tech got to my house. That was an hour and a half after time slot but I do understand that with this type of work you can get backed up in a hurry. He was very quick and efficient when he was here so I’m sure the previous job just ran long. Mr. Rice was Very Friendly and helpful.
