I found Mike the service man very professional in his explaining all details of the repair or replacement of my garage door opener. He also notice that my second door needed so minor repair. His work was neat and most professional.

So the repair technician just this minute left and I'll be honest I'm a little surprised. I was quoted $599 for a five year warranty and $799 for a seven year warranty. When I said I'd take the five year the price was re-quoted as $699. I thought it was for the entire job but it was per door, I had two repaired. Anyway the guy was here for less than an hour, maybe 50 minutes. He replaced the springs, some cables and the pulleys from what I can see. He also replace one keypad with an new remote. Total cost was $1633. For less than an hour's work and the materials he replaced it seems extremely expensive. I'm not sure if the cost is really for the warranty but $1600 for fifty minutes of work and a couple components is perhaps the most overpriced transaction I've witnessed in a very very long time.

From the beginning the process has been great. When Mike came the 1st day to attempt to fix the garage door (without success) until Mike T came and replaced the door the service has been great. Both men did a professional and clean job in a timely fashion. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone.

Mike was great. We have a very old door and when 1 spring broke nothing worked. Mike showed up on time. He did all he could to remove the old spring. It was about 40 years old so that task was impossible. We agreed to purchase a new door. Mike was very helpful in this process. When we made our choice, it will be 3 weeks before it can be installed so Mike tried again to just fix it temporarily for the 3 weeks but again the spring was not coming out. So we are waiting for our new door. We are very happy to have contacted Precision and look forward to the installation. We would recommend Precision.

I will give you a 0 if I could. You charge me $105 to tell me exactly what I knew and the spring is broken. Then you tell me it so $600 to $700 for unnecessary work. The spring on the other side was replace two years ago for less than $200 and the best you can do is $400. All the additional parts and repairs were not needed. You are a disgrace to the service industry. The $105 was theft.

Came next day to repair broken torsion spring. Service took less than an hour. Mike was pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. Only negative is that the $519 price for the repair seems very high.

I had the lift system on my garage door replaced today. When the technician showed up he quoted me a price of $649. Because I couldn't get my car out and I didn't want to leave my house open, I agreed. After the work was done I checked online on what that type of repair should cost. The highest price I saw was around $300. He was here for 1 HOUR. You guys charged me more than double what it should have been. I think I deserve an adjusted charge. I would like to hear from you about this. If I don't, I will call my credit card company.

Our installer was courteous and knowledgeable. Had completed install quickly and cleaned up and removed all old components. One panel was damaged in shipping but he ordered new and will come back and install when in. All in all very pleased with service.

Like the security of knowing who is coming by seeing picture and name. And knowing have been security checked. Mike explained different routes I could take and different costs. They were able to service my automatic garage doors. The technician was very nice, excellent interaction. He recommended greasing the door tracks and I agreed. An expensive little procedure at $55.00/per door and $85.00 labor. It took all of ten minutes. Buyer beware.

Service was excellent, and provider was very polite and thorough, but I thought cost was high for the product provided.
