We neeeded to replace our garage doors and precision doors sent in a very knowledgeable technician who helped us throughout the process and I’m happy with the results.They are very professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for such service.

I picked Precision from the internet after reading several reviews. I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing two doors. Mike came as scheduled and walked me through the process and was very helpful. He took the time to make a repair so I could use the garage until the new doors were installed. He said it would be 4 weeks and the doors were installed ion that time frame. Rob the installer arrived as scheduled and very professional installed both doors and explained the warranty to me and left the garage spotless and removed all the debris. I would highly recommend this company.

Very good service by tech Orlando and support from office Tom. One issue is you really need to have garage clear ten feet, including everything off the walls which I was able to do that day and everything worked out just fine.

Fast service. Called at 9:00 AM and door was repaired by 1:30 PM. If you are looking for cheap price do not call precision, they are on the expensive side. If you are looking for fast quality service this is the company to call. Repair person was friendly and attentive. Will use their services in the future.

We had our call returned almost immediately. Mike arrived the next day, a half hour early after calling first to see if that was convenient. He was very professional and friendly. If we had not first looked at your website and read the reviews we would have been skeptical of his recommendation that we needed not just a spring replacement but a rebuild package. He showed me all of the parts that he replaced and they indeed were very worn and would have failed. That would have meant repeat calls and repairs. He estimated we saved $600 by doing the rebuild. The call was made on Tuesday, the work was done on Wednesday. The other company we have used just called us back today, Friday. Needless to say we didn't bother to answer the phone. Our repair is warranted for five years. We highly recommend Precision Door. Precision Door, give Mike a raise!!

I would def recommend this company. When I called they were friendly & knowledgable. I was amazed at how quickly they came out to do the job and the technician Mike was just wonderful!!!! So nice, polite and very knowledgable. He told me just what he would be doing showed me all the parts and explained what each part did and why he was replacing the parts he did. I was afraid I wouldn’t know who he was when he got to my house but even that was essilyvtecognizable with his company shirt and business card. I am very pleased and satisfied with the job Mike did.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Precision Door. On November 22nd, our automatic garage door that was original with the condo (built in 1996) died. We called Precision (and a few other places) and they were the only ones who could come out the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The door itself came in three weeks later, and installation was scheduled for January 4th. If you're from New England, you know that we just had a enormous nor'easter that was projected to drop 12"-16" on us starting the morning of January 4th. We were told it was up to our technician if he feels comfortable or not coming to install in the morning with bad weather. Our tech, Rob, showed up at 6:45am so he could have enough time to get the door installed before the storm intensified. He finished installation around 9:00am when we already had a few inches on the ground. I am so very thankful to Rob for doing this and truly going above and beyond. If he couldn't, Precision was going to push installation out another week, but we were lucky enough to have a phenomenal technician assigned to our case. Thank you Rob!!! Gave 4 starts instead of 5 because it did take a month and a half to get the new door which seemed like a long time. There were certainly ways they could've expedited, but chose not too. (for example, they wait 2ish weeks for the door to come in, THEN they schedule the installation. They should schedule installation when they order the door, in my opinion).
