We called Precision Overhead Garage Service in the morning as we could not open our garage door and the opener kept beeping. An appointment was set up for the same. The technician, Dylan, arrived and assessed the situation. I can not say enough compliments about Dylan. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He installed a new garage door opener. He went to great lengths to explain the opener to us. I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to all my friends and family. Appointment was easy to a set up and they were up front about cost. Great communication leading up to the appointment including a picture of who was showing up and exactly when. The tech was friendly and explained all options. I did not feel pressured to choose complete rebuild and offered to send info on new auto opener

What a great and knowledgeable worker Dillon is! The spring broke on our garage door and he replaced both of the springs and the pulleys. He reprogrammed the door and the opener and did a multi safety check on everything. He went over everything that he did and explained to me all about the door, springs and the safety aspects. The door works great now. Thank you for everything! Your company is the greatest. You good people made my day!
