What a great and knowledgeable worker Dillon is! The spring broke on our garage door and he replaced both of the springs and the pulleys. He reprogrammed the door and the opener and did a multi safety check on everything. He went over everything that he did and explained to me all about the door, springs and the safety aspects. The door works great now. Thank you for everything! Your company is the greatest. You good people made my day!

Our garage doors were replaced by Dylan. He was polite and friendly and thoroughly explained the work he was going to do. We had not had new garage openers for twenty and the difference is startling! No chains clattering but almost silent belts-great job !!

We chose Precision when a cable broke on our automatic garage door. They had good reviews, were very responsive and got me an appointment within three days (which was better than more expensive competition). Our technician, Jacob, contacted us ahead of time to see if he could come early which worked out well for us. He was on time, super courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us options to consider and that helped in our decision making to do a rebuild with a 5 year warranty rather than a smaller fix. Turns out our other cable was close to breaking too so that was a cost-efficient decision too. Very pleased with his work and the company’s professionalism.

Looked into Precision’s ratings and reviews and scheduled a garage door opener repair. Although, I needed to wait several weeks for an appointment, it was not an issue for me. Jacob called before he came and diagnosed the issues. He reviewed the alternatives and I decided to replace the garage door opener which also included a new external key pad and indoor unit. I was quite surprised at the prices but have not replaced a garage door opener in several decades. Jacob fully explained and demonstrated all of the new options and reviewed the various warranties on labor, parts and motor. Finally, he updated the remote opener function in my car; really exceptional knowledge and service. After the fact, I saw that Precision had texted that the technician was on his way, and included his picture and name. This was a great enhancement to customer service.

Jacob was the tech who came out. He was very thorough explaining to me what would have to be done to my garage door opener. I decided to have the 5 year rebuild green and now my door goes up and down with minimal noise and it’s not jumping around anymore. A big relief! The Technician, Dylan Perkins, was great, he was on time, gave me an ETA, . He was personable , explained the problem,,, fixed the problem and checked both doors to make sure they operated safely and properly.
