Jacob was very professional and really knew what he was doing during the installation of the new motor, belt drive and all the remotes. A very good technician. I really liked the one day service since I was in dire need for a quick repair. I will not hesitate in recommending Precision to my fellow Homeowners here at Oak Point.

Prior to his arrival, I brought my wife home from the hospital and informed her of the problem and she recognized what the resolution was, so by the time he arrived, the problem was solved but he fine-tuned the system making sure that all the links and bearings were lubricated accordingly. We could not be happier with the service from Precision. This is the third time we have used them. The person who answered the phone was polite and respectful and I was very happy to be able to have same day service. Paul called ahead and told me when he would be arriving and arrived punctually. He explained clearly what needed to be done to repair the door and worked diligently while he was here. And even though it was late in the afternoon near dinner time, he even stayed to sync the garage door opener in my new car - and it took several tries to get it done. I would highly recommend your company.

I had a Garage Door installed 8 years ago which broke last week. The rollers, springs and motor were inferior. The cables were fraying.Precision came out and refreshed all the pieces , installed a new motor. It’s all working flawlessly. The installer was well versed and experienced. 5 stars

The technician, Mike, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful while repairing my garage door. He called to ask if it was OK to come earlier than scheduled, then diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly. He also provided alternatives for the future since my system is older and will eventually need replacement, but he was very professional about it. I will definitely call Precision Door again.

5 Stars for sure. I read such great reviews for the company and the technician who does our area that I called right away for an appt. I was given a day and time and told the technician would call 30 minutes ahead which he did and was on time. He fixed our issue which was a broken spring on our garage door. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely use this company again and the technician we had which was Michael T. He really new his stuff and was very professional and courteous!

I selected Precision Garage Overhead Door Service after having come across an online video that highlighted that the Precision overhead door company seeks whenever possible to repair a garage door opener rather than replace it with a new one. The video also noted the company does not take the short cuts that some garage door opener companies take and seeks to perform in the best possible manner. My call to Precision was a shot in the dark to have the motor raised on my garage door opener and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The serviceman was totally competent and professional; and he had the knowledge and the tools to provide just the service that I needed. The cost for his services was quite reasonable. I am very relieved that my problem has been solved and I will be quick to call Precision again when the need arises.
