Jacob was very professional and really knew what he was doing during the installation of the new motor, belt drive and all the remotes. A very good technician. The person who answered the phone was polite and respectful and I was very happy to be able to have same day service. Paul called ahead and told me when he would be arriving and arrived punctually. He explained clearly what needed to be done to repair the door and worked diligently while he was here. And even though it was late in the afternoon near dinner time, he even stayed to sync the garage door opener in my new car - and it took several tries to get it done.
