What a great and knowledgeable worker Dillon is! The spring broke on our garage door and he replaced both of the springs and the pulleys. He reprogrammed the door and the opener and did a multi safety check on everything. He went over everything that he did and explained to me all about the door, springs and the safety aspects. The door works great now. Thank you for everything! Your company is the greatest. You good people made my day!

We chose Precision when a cable broke on our automatic garage door. They had good reviews, were very responsive and got me an appointment within three days (which was better than more expensive competition). Our technician, Jacob, contacted us ahead of time to see if he could come early which worked out well for us. He was on time, super courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us options to consider and that helped in our decision making to do a rebuild with a 5 year warranty rather than a smaller fix. Turns out our other cable was close to breaking too so that was a cost-efficient decision too. Very pleased with his work and the company’s professionalism.

Appointment was easy to a set up and they were up front about cost. Great communication leading up to the appointment including a picture of who was showing up and exactly when. The tech was friendly and explained all options. I did not feel pressured to choose complete rebuild and offered to send info on new auto opener
