The Internet had so many choices so I wne by the reviews which brought me here to Precision. Making an appointment was very easy and they set expectations upfront. I had the Pleasure of working with Ron who was straight forward, personable and professional. Gave me all my options without any high pressure sales tactics. I made my choice and my new garage door was installed within 1 hour. Before Ron he walked me through all functions etc., and made sure I had no questions. They service all types of openers sold in those big box stores. Precision only installs Lift Master openers which are superior to ones sold in those big box stores. Looking for a new garage door opener? Need anything to do with garage doors I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Very professional! I called for service and they scheduled me for later that day! I got notified that they could come earlier and they did. Very reasonable price and would highly recommend!

Technician without a professional, then explains everything that needs to be done. What was wrong with my garage door, only thing that was a minus was the arriving time I had to wait for over 45 minutes, but I think that’s more of the company itself not the technician.

Very courteous, efficient and thorough service of our 2 garage doors. It is important to keep the investment in good running order and Precision does that very well. The tech (Ron?) was very helpful.

We were super pleased with the work Ron performed in fixing both our garage doors. They used to be very hard to open, and one had a broken spring. Now we can open either door with just 2 fingers. We got the package that included replacing all rollers, springs, installing safety wires to stop broken springs from snapping back and doing damage and cables. Very pleased with the result!

Ron was awesome and should be used as an exemplar for what customer service should be. I am hesitant to ever give reviews positive or negative- but my experience was great. He explained without being condescending. He listened to what the issue was and explained how he would fix it. Also, the price was really good and he was quick. Scheduling was super easy and accommodated my schedule. There is literally nothing I would change with my experience. I wish everything else I need to get done was this easy. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been using them for 15 or more years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ron tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone last week but it didn’t work and he came yesterday. Motor advancement needed replacing (they call it a head and last time was 2013) so he did it in a timely manner and with a smile (in 90 degree temps). Thanks Ron!

We just had Precision Door Service come to look at our damaged door (that someone else installed). The technician, Ron L., was awesome! He fixed the problem within a few minutes and could not have been more professional or helpful. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Excellent experience! I called to have a maintenance checkup on my garage door and its automated opening components. Ron was pleasant and professional. He listened to my questions and responded with helpful information. He evaluated the door and opening mechanism and made some adjustments to keep it running smoothly. I am very pleased and will plan to contact your company again in the future.

Exceptional service today. The old garage opener broke this morning. I called about 8:20 AM this morning. I had appointment and by 1:30 PM this afternoon you installed a new opener with a security camera, updated remotes and key pad. Great service, I will always recomend you. Also a great price. Very, very happy. Katie

Minor garage door repair couldn't have gone more smoothly. Ron arrived within the agreed time window, quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, and even checked the second garage door (which Precision repaired about ten years ago) to see if it was working well (it was). Totally satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service

Ron L provided friendly, excellent, & thorough customer service! He arrived on time, listened to my questions and concerns, clearly explained and demonstrated the operation and condition of our garage door and assembly, offered an upgrade with the pricing clear and up front, then efficiently performed the upgrade & maintenance to ensure it will operate smoothly going forward. I highly recommend Ron and Precision!

Great company with knowledgeable team. Had an issue with a garage door spring that snapped and they came out next business day to fix. Same Tech that replaced my motors 2 years ago and provided me options to repair and or replace based on cost of repair. Choose to replace the doors after 28 years!
