Our technician Ron showed up on the early part of the 4 hour window which was a convenience for us. He introduced himself and after I explained the problem with our garage door he immediately began troubleshooting and quickly discovered that problem was not the typical issue but was buried somewhere in the 20 feet of wiring harness. Ron methodically traced it back to a faulty wire staple and repaired the connection. Impressive!

I was having an intermittent problem with my garage door opener not closing. I did everything that I could think of to fix the problem myself however I reached a dead end and contacted your service and requested a technician on line to resolve the issue. Technician Ron came to my house the next day and after I had explained the situation to him he diagnosed that the circuit board was receiving the signal from the remotes but was not responding to them. He explained my options to me in regards to replacing the whole system or replacing the circuit board, I elected to repair the existing unit and he had it repaired within an hour of his arrival. Great service at a fair price, I could not be happier !

Very pleased with Precision and would definitely recommend them. Called on Tuesday for a non-emergency repair and we were given an appointment for the next day. Ron arrived promptly and answered all our questions and explained the options without being pushy or trying to oversell anything. He completed the work quickly and neatly. The springs on our electric garage door were stretching out. One set was worse than the other. We were able to het an appointment fairly quickly. We called on a Friday and hit an appointment for the following Monday. I appreciated getting a text message with the name and photo of the person coming to do this repair. It out my mind at ease to know who was coming. Jesse, our garage door repairman arrived a little bit earlier, but had notified us prior to arriving to let us know. He was very personable, professional, efficient and instructive. He assessed the situation, told us what needed to be done and gave us the price for the labor and parts. He should us where we needed to lubricate the rails and the hinges on the door, and how frequently we should do this. He told us what type of lubricant to use and explained why this particular type is most effective. Jesse completed the work in a timely manner and left the areas where he worked clean.

We were very happy to get same day service as we were expecting to have to wait at least a few days. Technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. While we could’ve repaired the system we had, it was old and we knew it was time. Ron also did a quick fix to our garage door. Very happy with the service. Paul did a fantastic job fixing the damage to our door. Called first thing in the morning got a same day appointment and he even came earlier than the scheduled appointment time. He provided a thorough examination with a clear presentation to ensure we knew what needed to be done and why. Finished the work and explained maintenance we could perform to help keep the doors healthy. Hope to work with him again in the future to possibly update our openers or doors for better insulation. Cannot speak more highly of his service.

I looked at an old phone book, that's how I found Precision. Paul got me sorted out temporarily. I am on a waiting list for a new door. However, would like for it to be done in warmer weather. Also, the door has failed to fully close twice since then. Paul said the Liftmaster will be OK to use. Perhaps your staff could check it when they come. Paul was very nice, very efficient and likeable. So far, I am glad I called Precision, and I was truly grateful for the quick response. Marie
