Ron was awesome and should be used as an exemplar for what customer service should be. I am hesitant to ever give reviews positive or negative- but my experience was great. He explained without being condescending. He listened to what the issue was and explained how he would fix it. Also, the price was really good and he was quick. Scheduling was super easy and accommodated my schedule. There is literally nothing I would change with my experience. I wish everything else I need to get done was this easy. Keep up the good work!

My door will be installed soon - this review is about the estimate process. Excellent customer service. Making the appointment was super easy, it was all done via chat. He arrived on time, and he called about 15 minutes before so that I was ready. This allowed the appointment time to be used most efficiently.

Mike M. was on time, explained everything, very nice and helpful. Instead of repairing the old rusted out door he suggested new and explained the cost impacts of repair vs new. I ended up going new as Precision has specials. Really great service - really impressed. I look forward to the install of the new doors in the coming weeks.
