I do not often provide 5 star reviews, in this case the entire experience of replacing the door to my garage with Precision was fantastic! From the estimate provided by Gary to the installation done by Juan. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time he said. He cleaned up the site. He explained how things worked and what to do for ongoing maintenance ... which is very minor. Juan did more than he needed to do, and I appreciate his extra effort! The door works great! And is sealed really well ... even with today's wind, snow, sleet and rain!

It was a bad experience and cost me $100.00 service charge which I paid and I assumed was repaired....several days later the same garage door problems that I was charged for were re-occurring ....I referred back to the original garage door service and found that I couldn't find their number online as I did originally. I called on a Friday evening after the chain on my Liftmaster came off the cam, which had snapped. I was told that a tech would be here between 4-6 on Saturday, I received a call in the morning re-scheduling to between 10-12, even better. Jason showed up and explained the entire job to me and said it would take about 30-45 minutes. He replaced the cam and all my rollers and re-balanced the door and set the tension. It was a perfect door and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone in the future.
