Mike Maghakian showed up on time and did a great job replacing both motors due to storm damage. After he was done, he cleaned up everything and took the time to explain how the new openers worked. We ended up replacing the old chain driven motors to the newer belt drive. Thanks again Mike for a bang up job!!

We have had the Precision Door team out on two separate occasions to provide maintenance on doors not purchased from them (doors were put in 12 years ago). I note this because Precision provides exceptional service to all its customers, not just the customer who buys doors from them. The Precision team is TOP NOTCH and highly professional in every interaction. They are very responsive, punctual, fairly priced and do the job correctly. I appreciate the little details such as the photo of the technician who will be visiting so I can show my wife who to expect. I plan to buy new doors soon and they will be the only phone call I'll be making. You can't go wrong with this company.

Barry arrived on time and was professional in his demeanor. He explained everything prior to beginning the repair. He had the new springs installed and the bearings and cables were changed to. Their person was professional, sharp as a tack, and knew his stuff... he quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it. I'm relieved to have my garage doors working properly again. My only concern was basically I was charged the cost of a visit to replace three light bulbs. I guess LED bulbs screw up most systems so I just had to replace them with traditional filament bulbs. So what happens when the government eliminates these older bulbs is beyond me. Thank You CK
