Waited all day only to find out the opener would not be installed as I was originally informed. Although I explained the work I wanted done when I spoke to the call center, the technician was not prepared to perform the required work. Took the day off from work for no reason.

The website was easy to locate and easy to navigate. It quickly to me to an appointment schedule. The service call fee was clearly stated and I was delighted with the 25$ discount. The technician was on time, and called before arrival to verify his arrival time. He was mindful of not tracking dirt in, was quick to assess the problem. I appreciated that he gave me the option of only repairing the broken spring but provided an estimate for replacing both. He was efficient, pleasant, and professional. His service was a credit to your business.
