The lift cable holding the extension spring on one side snapped and imprisoned my car inside the garage. Your technician, Ron Lecours, politely and explicitly explained to me that both cables should be replaced, gave me the cost of replacement. He also provided a cost with replacement extension springs, pulleys, and rollers (which was not much more than the lift cables alone). Ron explained how he would replace everything, gave me a discounted price on the labor, and sufficiently installed the all of the parts, per my agreement, in less than an hour. Ron Lecours was polite, thoughtful, professional, arrived before the scheduled time, and was very tidy with the work performed. I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone requiring your services. P.S. Ron was a little "under the weather" (as in, he had a cold) but still managed to provide excellent quality work.
