A prominently-placed Yellow Pages ad (yes, I still consult traditional telephone books) led me to call, but when your technician Ron arrived and quickly and expertly assessed the problems with my garage doors, I knew that I had made the right choice and that I would have your company make the repairs.

The lift cable holding the extension spring on one side snapped and imprisoned my car inside the garage. Your technician, Ron Lecours, politely and explicitly explained to me that both cables should be replaced, gave me the cost of replacement. He also provided a cost with replacement extension springs, pulleys, and rollers (which was not much more than the lift cables alone). Ron explained how he would replace everything, gave me a discounted price on the labor, and sufficiently installed the all of the parts, per my agreement, in less than an hour. Ron Lecours was polite, thoughtful, professional, arrived before the scheduled time, and was very tidy with the work performed. I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone requiring your services. P.S. Ron was a little "under the weather" (as in, he had a cold) but still managed to provide excellent quality work. Thank you!

Ron was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener, gave me an estimate, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. Ron also gave me some suggestions for preventing problems with the door in the future. I highly recommend Precision and would use them again.

Service Technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The estimates was very clear and he made a great presentation. Only complaint was he didn't offer the senior discount. After reviewing your website I called the office and asked for it, which you gave me (thank you).
