The technician was very polite and courteous. But, the bid gives a total price. As a consumer, I need to know what the components cost are so as I am able to make an educated decision. I will not be utilizing your services for this reason. Also, in the Services provided, there is no choice for both door installation and door opener? Same for Purchase a new Product section.

Technician Fran Garvey was super. He gave me a no nonsense explanation with choices and also replaced a broken spring to give me a temporary fix. Very professional and personable. I was able to arrange a good result quickly and with minimal fuss.

Needed to replace old, damaged garage door and came across Precision on line. The reviews were very positive, and they were right. Called and made an appointment for an estimate, the representative, Mike T., was very helpful. The door was installed in the time frame quoted, they were responsive and professional. The door looks beautiful, the price reasonable and I recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

Precision Door Service was very prompt to schedule a visit by Mike who explained everything in detail, asked questions about what I wanted and took measurements. I had done some previous research and felt that this company got the best reviews on installation and service. The only drawback for me was that it took 4 weeks from the time of Mike's visit (when I placed my order) to the installation. However, the installer was also excellent, polite and efficient and I am very pleased with my new garage door and opener. Great company!

Fast service. Called at 9:00 AM and door was repaired by 1:30 PM. If you are looking for cheap price do not call precision, they are on the expensive side. If you are looking for fast quality service this is the company to call. Repair person was friendly and attentive. Will use their services in the future.

My garage door was just repaired this morning (a Saturday) and I so appreciate Precision’s customer service. Not only were they willing to squeeze me into their schedule this morning but their follow through communications and on-site work were all very professional. I had not used Precision before but they were recommended to me by a neighbor. Since I was in an immediate need situation I decided to give them a try and didn’t do any comparative pricing. That said, i think the package pricing was reasonable and I now have a safer and working garage door thanks to Paul!
