We are replacing 50 yr old plus wooden garage door. Technician could not be more helpful in explaining options and listening to our concerns and thoughts for the replacement. He had excellent attention to detail. We ordered our door and can’t wait to see in installed! The technician definitely deserves 5 stars, but the scheduler does not. My appointment window was from 10 to 12. At 12 the technician called from Plymouth (I live in Boston) to say he had just finished his previous job there. Not good scheduling!!!!
We appreciate the feedback. As you may know, many companies are finding it difficult to fill vacant positions. We are no different and have been trying to fill an open spot in the Plymouth area. Jacob was covering that area to help us fill the void. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we're trying to manage the schedule as best we can given where the jobs flow is.

I had a garage door that would not seal properly and left an open quarter-inch gap on the right side of the door. Frank from Precision Door arrived and did stellar work diagnosing as well as fixing the problem. A professional with twenty years of experience in this field, he already had wood and hardware supplies in his van. His skill at woodwork created a solution that resulted in a door operating far more smoothly and quietly. The gap was closed, and thus there will no longer be opportunities for insects and small rodents to enter the garage when the weather gets colder. Hats off to Frank and Precision Door Service!
