My garage door was just repaired this morning (a Saturday) and I so appreciate Precision’s customer service. Not only were they willing to squeeze me into their schedule this morning but their follow through communications and on-site work were all very professional. I had not used Precision before but they were recommended to me by a neighbor. Since I was in an immediate need situation I decided to give them a try and didn’t do any comparative pricing. That said, i think the package pricing was reasonable and I now have a safer and working garage door thanks to Paul!

I am very happy with my new garage doors--they make it so much easier to use the garage, and they work beautifully. The technicians who came to our house were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There was a slight problem with one of the doors when first installed, but as soon as I mentioned it the company sent out another technician, who not only fixed the problem but also fixed another problem we didn't know we had. I recommend them highly.

Chris Young was excellent! Gentleman and definitely knows what he is doing. I would rate the service as 5 stars. The wires on the garage motor were chewed by squirrels. We fixed the squirrel problem and now with Chris's expertise all is working well.

This was my second 'experience' with Precision, and it only confirmed the VERY positive feeling I had about them a couple of years ago when I just needed my springs replaced. The girl/woman I originally spoke with (Miranda) seemed genuinely concerned about helping me out, and did! The gentleman (and he was that), Ron, who came to assess my situation and give me an estimate, was genuine and professional, listened to my concerns and limitations, and never tried to "sell me" anything I didn't want or need. The technician who installed the door (Justin) was similarly professional and personable, and did a great job. EVERYONE I dealt with made it a very positive experience. I would, and will, recommend Precison to anyone!

We had a great previous experience with Precision in the past and this was no different. Alex arrived within an hour and a half of our call about a malfunctioning for opener. In less than two hours he had installed a new one that is infinitely better than what we had before. I locked myself out of the garage because one of my two remote controls stopped working and I left the working one in the car. Lou was able to open the door after drilling a small hole to gain access to the pull string. He then installed a manual lock and key mechanism using the hole that he just drilled. So, there was no damage on the door and I won't lock myself out again! Thanks, Lou!! Only 3 hours passed between the time I placed the call and the completion of the work!

The young woman who made the appointment for me was very helpful and pleasant. The service technician Lou did a great job. He arrived on time. He made the adjustments required and replaced the weatherstripping. He showed us how to lubricate the joints/hinges. He was efficient but not rushed. I think the charges are reasonable for the high level of service provided. Your company did major work on the garage door for me five years ago, and the good experience of that work brought me right back to you. 5 stars!
