Barry Williams did a thorough examination of the job, and job site, asked good questions about what I was looking for, clearly answered all my questions, and made good suggestions for some small safety improvements. Barry was polite, down to earth, and appears to know his business well.

The technician was very polite and courteous. But, the bid gives a total price. As a consumer, I need to know what the components cost are so as I am able to make an educated decision. I will not be utilizing your services for this reason. Also, in the Services provided, there is no choice for both door installation and door opener? Same for Purchase a new Product section.

Did a thorough assessment of what needed to be done and completely explained additional necessary work that was needed. Did the needed work quickly and professionally. This was my second 'experience' with Precision, and it only confirmed the VERY positive feeling I had about them a couple of years ago when I just needed my springs replaced. The girl/woman I originally spoke with (Miranda) seemed genuinely concerned about helping me out, and did! The gentleman (and he was that), Ron, who came to assess my situation and give me an estimate, was genuine and professional, listened to my concerns and limitations, and never tried to "sell me" anything I didn't want or need. The technician who installed the door (Justin) was similarly professional and personable, and did a great job. EVERYONE I dealt with made it a very positive experience. I would, and will, recommend Precison to anyone!

Our garage door spring snapped on New Years Eve. We use the garage as our main entry to the house most of the time. I found Precision through a Google search and reviews and I’m so glad. I scheduled online with their scheduling tool - so easy - and then they called to see if they could come a day early as they were nearby. The gentleman who did the repairs was so nice, explained everything, and was done in just about an hour. The job is complete and everything is working great - two days after it broke!
