Hello, My experience with Precision Door Service was perfect! The whole process from getting a quote, scheduling, and installation was seamless and painless. Felipe came by, walked me through the options, Robin scheduled the installation and Ray the Rockstar came and installed the doors. It was a pleasure to see Ray do his job. His attention to detail guaranteed a perfect finished product. All the people involved were courteous, meticulous, and professional. I called at 1pm and was told someone would be at my home between 2 and 4pm. At 3pm Gary arrived, quickly diagnosed and explained my problem and set about to repair the issue. He worked efficiently, quietly, and cleanly! I have a 21st century garage door system now to let me in to my 1940s garage. Thank you Gary. ( Ps we discovered we listen to the same satellite radio station.. Much to Gary's surprise!)

I choose Precision because they could be there the quickest. But now we will call Precision because of the professional way they resolved our problem. Tom was absolutely outstanding in performance, appearance, knowledge, and personality. What a pleasure to have Tom a true professional come to our home. In my opinion we received the best service available in garage door repair. Our experience was a full 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Five stars for Duane -- he was wonderful. He knew what he was talking about and offered additional advice about the quality of the original installation. His assessment of the situation and his initial quote were accurate, and he fixed the door quickly on the second visit and was very professional and respectful both times. However, I'm less than thrilled with Precision Door's pricing policy. I paid the $250 emergency fee the day I broke the door, May 16, to have someone come out and fix it that same day (it was Duane who came out that first time too). I was told that the bottom panel of the door would have to be replaced. So ultimately, I paid $250 to have my garage door closed and unplugged -- something I could and would have done myself. I was then still charged the full $450 price to have the repair done.

As it was explained when you booked the call, we charge an emergency service call after 8 pm. 80% of which goes to the technician to pay him for working beyond his normal 10 hour day. To then give you credit for the emergency service fee would make any business sense. Again we are sorry that you were dissapointed with our pricing, but we did give you the option to wait until normal business hours.

Was very happy with same-day service for broken garage door with my car trapped inside. Matt G showed up in a couple of hours and with his help got the door open. Matt was very knowledgeable giving me the possible options and tradeoffs. Unfortunately, was not really reasonable to repair (60 yr old components) since I knew I needed a new one anyway. Matt quickly prepared a written estimate and described process and schedule for replacing the door, which I look forward to having in a few weeks.

I called precision at 3pm and they were at our house at 4:15pm. Our garage door had broken springs and pulleys, the door was off-line and would not open from the transponder. Our Technician Tom, was fast efficient and knowledgable. He did a complete tune up replacing all wheels and pulleys, putting in new electronic eyes and even programming our car built in transponder. All this with no hassles. The door operates like new again, Thank You Precision!!

As we tried to explain to Mr. Mclean, the AAA members deal was a promotion that we did with AAA as a benefit to their members. When customers book their appointment with us we always mention that they needed to purchase the coupon prior to our arrival and to present the coupon to the technician. For us to have sold Mr. Mclean a coupon on the spot would have been a breach of our agreement with AAA as well as being unethical. We are sorry that things didn't workout the way he had hoped, but we honor our contractual relationships.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. IT TOOK THEM NO TIME TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND MY GARAGE DOORS WAS UP IN RUNNING IN ABOUT AN HOUR. THEY ALSO OFFERED ADVICE ON HOW TO KEEP MY GARAGE DOORS WORKING BETTER AND NOT NEED AS MUCH SERVICE. PRECISION IS LUCKY TO HAVE MEN LIKE THIS REPRESENTING THEM DAN CARDINALE SOUTH BOSTON MA. 02127
