I locked myself out of the garage because one of my two remote controls stopped working and I left the working one in the car. Lou was able to open the door after drilling a small hole to gain access to the pull string. He then installed a manual lock and key mechanism using the hole that he just drilled. So, there was no damage on the door and I won't lock myself out again! Thanks, Lou!! Only 3 hours passed between the time I placed the call and the completion of the work!

The young woman who made the appointment for me was very helpful and pleasant. The service technician Lou did a great job. He arrived on time. He made the adjustments required and replaced the weatherstripping. He showed us how to lubricate the joints/hinges. He was efficient but not rushed. I think the charges are reasonable for the high level of service provided. Your company did major work on the garage door for me five years ago, and the good experience of that work brought me right back to you. 5 stars!

I had a great experience with Precision. Gary, the technician, was really helpful and knowledgeable. He called when he had a cancellation and was really flexible in working out a time that was better for my schedule. The problem was easy to fix but he lubricated the hinges so the door is so much quieter and explained all about future maintenance. I would definitely use Precision again.

I had a very prompt , knowledgeable employee from Precision Door service show up at my home when I needed him the most. His name was Felipe, and he got right to it, showed me what went wrong with my cables, and explained my bill to me. I called at 1pm and was told someone would be at my home between 2 and 4pm. At 3pm Gary arrived, quickly diagnosed and explained my problem and set about to repair the issue. He worked efficiently, quietly, and cleanly! I have a 21st century garage door system now to let me in to my 1940s garage. Thank you Gary.
