Hi. Met with Mike today-very professional, offered earlier apponumebt due to a cancellation-worked out well. I signed on for a new door and opener-he presented options and the deal was sealed looking forward to finishing project- 7 week delivery is a long time to wait-will put me into end of December. Not a good thing.

We just had Mike over at our house to make some maintenance repairs, replace some door hardware, install a new opener, and sync everything to a single keypad. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. Very helpful in explaining simple maintenance tasks we should do on our end to extend life of the door hardware. Today we had our garage keypad replaced and tune up and lube performed. The technician, Mike Maghakian, called prior to his arrival and promptly arrive when stated. He was efficient and personable. He explained everything to us clearly . We are pleased with the service performed.

Mike the technician called me before he came to say that he would be early if that was alright. He arrived about 10 minutes later and immediately diagnosed the problem and told me what would be required to repair it. He was very personable and most respectful and I would be more than happy to call Precision again if there was a problem. He explained to me that the rollers needed replacement and he also lubricated the door. He did this very quickly and then showed me what he had done. The door is now extremely quiet and there is a definite difference in the performance of the door. Thank you so much.

Mike Maghakian showed up on time and did a great job replacing both motors due to storm damage. After he was done, he cleaned up everything and took the time to explain how the new openers worked. We have had the Precision Door team out on two separate occasions to provide maintenance on doors not purchased from them (doors were put in 12 years ago). I note this because Precision provides exceptional service to all its customers, not just the customer who buys doors from them. The Precision team is TOP NOTCH and highly professional in every interaction. They are very responsive, punctual, fairly priced and do the job correctly. I appreciate the little details such as the photo of the technician who will be visiting so I can show my wife who to expect. I plan to buy new doors soon and they will be the only phone call I'll be making. You can't go wrong with this company.
