We contacted Precision Door Service for help with our recently installed garage door opener/motor. We were able to arrange a service call for the next day. Two highly capable service representatives respond to our call and quickly identified a problem with our door sensor. They corrected the problem and greased our door railings and rollers. This is an excellent company to deal with. My old garage door opener broke down on Wednesday and Precision was able to install a new one the next day. The online booking is very easy and user-friendly. My new opener was installed by a technician (Dylan) with exceptional customer service skills - I have been a homeowner for 36 years and I have not met his match. He reviewed with me my options and then proceeded to install the new opener, which took less than an hour. Once installed, he patiently reviewed with me the operation of the unit. Over the next couple of days, I was having trouble installing the integrated camera on the myQ app. I called him and he came by that same day and solved the issue. Incredible!! If I could give this company and Dylan a 10-Star rating, I would.

Dylan came today for routine service. He did an inspection and lubrication. He explained everything about our doors and what he was checking. He gave us estimates for possible future work including replacing spring and cables, but made it very clear that no additional work was needed now. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with.

Luis was very helpful at explaining the problem we were having which stems from the fact that our garage was built in 1948 and the garage door mechanisms had to be mounted in a much smaller space than usual, thus causing some issues over the past 12 years which is how long ago they were installed.He also explained how to adjust the mechanism if I had future door opening problems.

I reached out online at 6pm at night for a service request for a broken garage door and was able to book an appointment for the next morning. The technician called and texted ahead of arrvial, was on time, friendly, knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly. I also found their fees to be very fair. I want to thank Luis for coming so quickly. My garage door would not open. Apparently, a power surge from the last storm blew out the motherboard of the garage door opener. There was enough power to open and close the door for about a week, then my car got stuck in the garage. Luis arrived ahead of schedule and quickly resolved the problem, first gave me an estimate, then repaired the unit, gave me two new remotes and performed routine Maintenace on the door rollers, bearings and hinges. I could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend Precision Doors for service.
