I’ve been using them for 15 or more years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ron tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone last week but it didn’t work and he came yesterday. Motor advancement needed replacing (they call it a head and last time was 2013) so he did it in a timely manner and with a smile (in 90 degree temps). Thanks Ron!

Precision Garage Door and their technician, Dylan P, did two single-door rebuilds and upgraded one of the garage door openers. Dylan's service level exceeded all expectations! It was a pleasure to have him to our home for the work. Dylan called twice earlier in the day about his estimated time of arrival. His actual time of arrival was even earlier than the service window (good thing). Dylan did thorough inspections of the hardware; then, shared his findings, our options, and his recommendation when I asked. Dylan was polite, friendly and product knowledge was exceptional. His work was professional and very efficient. Recommend Precision and Dylan without reservation.
