I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. They were prompt and professional. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days calling. I got a new opener installed and so happy with this service! Ron, my technician was great in explaining the benefits of purchasing through them and was quick and efficient. The springs on our electric garage door were stretching out. One set was worse than the other. We were able to het an appointment fairly quickly. We called on a Friday and hit an appointment for the following Monday. I appreciated getting a text message with the name and photo of the person coming to do this repair. It out my mind at ease to know who was coming. Jesse, our garage door repairman arrived a little bit earlier, but had notified us prior to arriving to let us know. He was very personable, professional, efficient and instructive. He assessed the situation, told us what needed to be done and gave us the price for the labor and parts. He should us where we needed to lubricate the rails and the hinges on the door, and how frequently we should do this. He told us what type of lubricant to use and explained why this particular type is most effective. Jesse completed the work in a timely manner and left the areas where he worked clean.

We were very happy to get same day service as we were expecting to have to wait at least a few days. Technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. While we could’ve repaired the system we had, it was old and we knew it was time. Ron also did a quick fix to our garage door. Very happy with the service. We would definitely use Pecision Door Service again.

Called Precision for a broken door cable I was surprised at their quick response of their technician. Called on Monday and the service was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I opted for the complete "rebuild" service which was was a change out of Cables, Rollers, Springs, etc. I was a bit taken back by the price I thought 699.00 was a bit high but hey what isn't expensive these days? I will say my door is operating smoothly and much quieter now!

I would give Paul 10 stars if it was possible because of how he engaged with my garage door obsessed child. He answered numerous questions, and was kind and encouraging through the whole process. This was definitely the highlight of my child's year! With regard to the actual service, Paul was knowledgeable and prompt. He clearly laid out our options for repair or replacement with information about the warranties. He was friendly and cheerful, and did not try to push more services than we wanted.
