He did a great job. I have three garage doors, one was not opening correctly and the drive unit needed to be replaced. One door is very old and the door opener hadn't worked in about twenty years, and he got that working too (first time ever). He tuned up the other door also. He also gave me a keypad entry (first time ever), and got all remotes working with all the doors (first time ever)! Great job and quickly done! Excellent work!

We used Precision Garage Door a year ago for general maintenance; just a check up, cleaning and greasing. Today, one of our garage doors was not working, and they fixed that too. Amanda who made our appointment was efficient and pleasant. Your "day before" reminder was important too. Yes to 5 stars.

So far, excellent service. Signed up for a free estimate, received a phone call immediately and scheduled for the person to come out, all within the same day! Paul was very helpful and professional. We have ordered a new garage door and now simply need to wait (order will take about 6-8 weeks). Hopefully the product and install will go as smoothly as the estimate and ordering.

One of our garage door openers was not working with either the remote or the wired button. The technician arrived early (after calling to check if this was okay), quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed soon after. Very reasonably pieced and friendly service.

The springs on our electric garage door were stretching out. One set was worse than the other. We were able to het an appointment fairly quickly. We called on a Friday and hit an appointment for the following Monday. I appreciated getting a text message with the name and photo of the person coming to do this repair. It out my mind at ease to know who was coming. Jesse, our garage door repairman arrived a little bit earlier, but had notified us prior to arriving to let us know. He was very personable, professional, efficient and instructive. He assessed the situation, told us what needed to be done and gave us the price for the labor and parts. He should us where we needed to lubricate the rails and the hinges on the door, and how frequently we should do this. He told us what type of lubricant to use and explained why this particular type is most effective. Jesse completed the work in a timely manner and left the areas where he worked clean.

We were very happy to get same day service as we were expecting to have to wait at least a few days. Technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. While we could’ve repaired the system we had, it was old and we knew it was time. Ron also did a quick fix to our garage door. Very happy with the service.
