He fixed the issue - replacing the photo eyes - in an efficient manner and explained the problem and ways I could correct the problem in the future (if necessary.) We bought the AAA special which included new rollers and a tune up. The technician (Gary) showed up right when they said he would and did a complete diagnosis of both of our doors. He had several recommendations, which we agreed to have done. $350 later both doors work better than when they were newly installed 5 years ago. Great deal, great technician, and great company!

I have been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism with Precision Doors. They came the same day I called and were able to meet me after my work day. It only took them a matter of minutes to detect and fix my garage door opener's problem. The technician even did some extra preventative maintenance because the repair took no time at all. I called expecting to wait days to have my door opener repaired. Instead I got an appointment for the next day which was Saturday. The service technician came as promised with a van stocked with parts. Technician was knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done in order for the door to work again. My wife called around for a garage technician. It was the personal interaction/ customer service on the phone that sold us to work with Precision. When the tech arrived at the house he was on time, helpful and very informative. Most of all he work quite well with us. He listened to us and made sure all questions were answered. we are quite impressed with the customer service and how the job was handled. Thank you very much and we will be seeing you when my other garage door opener breaks down...as it has been 14 years.

I was scheduled for a service call today (11/20) between 2 and 4 PM. Received a call from Precision asking if the technician could come at 9:00 AM to which I said was ok. Around 10:00 AM the technician had not arrived and I called Precision to inquire as to where the technician was. I was told that the technician would arrive within five (5) minutes and he did. I was never offered an explanation or apology as to why the technician was an hour late.

I originally was only replacing my garage door system rollers with nylon ones (with a discount coupon from AAA)but knew that there were other safety issues that needed to be addressed.When Duane, the service technician,arrived, he pointed out that the springs and other parts of the system were unsafe at this point. We talked about options, and came to a decision to do a rebuild which replaced the springs, cables, pulleys and rollers at half the cost of replacing the doors. Not only are my doors quieter, but I know that they are safer. Duane worked efficiently and explained how to keep the system in good working order. I was very pleased with both the process and the work. Thank you Precision.

We had a broken cable replaced. The service was prompt and very good. There was no "up-selling" involved. The tech checked the workings of the door, pointed out, very clearly, what was at issue and replaced the necessary parts. I would use them again.

Brian did a great job with the install. Everything was done neatly and well explained. The old doors were removed along with the old openers. Everything works fine. Having the keypad entry on the outside is a nice new feature for us.

Researched online (yelp, angieslist, etc.) for someone to replace our old garage door opener with a new one that we bought ourselves from Costco. Called several places. Precision's estimate was competitive with the other bids. They were able to send someone on the same day -- which took me by surprise. I was thinking that it wouldn't be able to send someone for several days. Duane, the technician, arrived on time. He answered all my questions, and even shared some suggestions on how to keep the garage door (and opener) in good condition. He was very thorough in his work and didn't leave a mess. After he installed everything, he tested the opener and made sure everything was working. I'm a stickler for details, and Duane did a great job. Duane was courteous and very professional. Excellent experience with Precision. I would definitely recommend them.
