Never called back to make a date for install opener after deposit made

Thank you for your feed back and your business. We apologize if you felt we did not schedule your follow-up appointment as quickly as you felt was appropriate. For the record we were at your home last Friday 8/10/18 and left at 3:15 pm. On Monday 8/13/18 we called you at 8:31 am and set up your follow-up appointment. Our administrative office closes at 3:30 pm on Friday and reopens at 7:30 am on Monday.

I had called a garage door company that I have used for several years. They could not help me for over one week so I found Precision Door on line. They initially gave me the same answer but when I said “no thank you” the person on the phone asked me to wait until she checked with the service manager and I was informed they would be to my home later that day. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of the service, I received very professional and courteous service. The technician,Mike Thurber was absolutely fantastic. He explained the problem to me in terms that I could understand. He is a credit to the company and i rate him among the best service technicians who have ever done service at my home. If I have any other garage door problems in the future Precious Door is the company I will call.

I chose Precision from their ad in the Yellow Pages. They were immediately cordial and helpful on the phone and made an appoint for the same day. They send a confirmation email and pictures of the employees so you can recognize your repair person. I was given a time window of 1-3. Before 1pm I received a call from Mike T letting me Know he would be arriving by 1:25. Mike checked out the situation and gave us options for repair. He was always courteous and friendly. We were very happy with our results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Mike did an excellent job of explaining my options for repairing the garage door opener. I chose to replace the whole assembly rather than just the gears. The old unit was installed in 1997. Mike did a great job in replacing the unit. It was not the best of conditions with the heat. Everything was done in a timely manner and he explained the operation of the new unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the replacement. I have used Precision before and as usual I would use Precision again and recommend them for anybody with garage door issues

the door was damaged on arrival. still waiting for repairs to the door and to many many sighted errors where i took pictures and made a list for the company to address. both the install and quality of the door as of right now do not even deserve a star. extremely poor.

We are sorry for your experience. We understand that the customer is very frustrated when, after waiting on a custom order door, their door comes in damaged. Given that we were going to be replacing the damaged sections the installers did not take their normal care in installing the door. Once the new replacement sections arrived we came out and replaced them and also replaced a defective part of the automatic opener we installed. All seems good now, would welcome an updated review.
