After the Technician (Mike Maghakian) came out to do a service - he recommended (and no pressure sale pitch) that it would service us better to go with a new door package. When I called Precision the first question they had for me was "when are you available". Asking when I was available is change to telling me a 4 hour window mid week! Mike called me when he was on his way. He showed up on time and assessed the garage opener issue. He then immediately entered all information into his iPad and was able to show me my exact price before starting. He was done in now time and asked me to come to the garage to test the changes and ask if I had any questions. Definitely will recommend Precision!

We had a complete removal of 3 old, corroded garage door installations and replacement with top of the line new doors, rails, openers - the works. Rolando was great, did the entire job in about 6 hours. The new systems are terrific. Very quiet and smooth and the pricing was really pretty good. My only quibble was that it took a bit longer than advertised to get the products in, but it was worth the wait in the end.

I needed to get my garage door opener replaced. The technician showed up right at 8am. Had everything done in about 90 minutes. He reviewed all the features of the opener, keypad and remotes and was gone before 10am. Very efficient, very knowledgeable, very polite! Couldn't ask for better service!
