Paul arrived at my Braintree location and assessed the state of my heavy, old wooden door and its broken spring. The panels were rotting out and I knew it was time to bite the bullet and replace the door. Paul was personable, efficient, and thorough as he measured the door and showed me the style options. He didn't try to upsell me on something I did not need such as a higher insulated door value (for a freestanding garage). We figured out the best system for me to get so there would never be a situation of me being locked out of the garage. He gave me an accurate estimate as to when I could expect delivery of the door and installation. Robin from the office called me and booked my installation time. The day of the installation, Rob Augusta came and took away the dead door after he had installed the new one and its mechanisms. Rob was cordial and worked carefully and efficiently. My only complaint is that he did not copy down my serial number information for my warranty registration. I need to get up on a ladder inside the garage and get that information myself before I can register my purchase for warranty. That is a very small hiccup in what was a very highly satisfying experience with Precision Door. Sharon in billing was also easy to deal with. My installation was a month ago and I just passed on Rob Augusta's business card to a former neighbor. I only hope the product is as good as the customer service.

I originally called to have a garage door fixed...that turned out to be impossible because the door was over thirty years old, wooden and heavy. One of the springs snapped and it was obvious we needed a new door. Rolando came today by himself and removed the old door and replaced it (a double door) by himself. It took him approximately three hours. It is great and we are well satisfied. Thank you.

From our first contact to Precision with the customer representative to the installation of the keyless garage door opener by Ron Lecours, was First Class! Everything was handled just as the customer Representative said it would. Ron Lectures arrived on time. He and my husband spoke about the inside door opener. He showed the keyless entry pad to us and demonstrated how it would work. He took out the old buttons and wiring and made sure that everything was safe and installed the opener, taking the time to make sure the old holes were covered. No high pressure, the opener sold itself, that's how great it is. He also added that where it is installed out of the weather it should be good for years. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He's definitely an asset to your organization. We will recommend your company without hesitation! Thank you!
