I originally called to have a garage door fixed...that turned out to be impossible because the door was over thirty years old, wooden and heavy. One of the springs snapped and it was obvious we needed a new door. Rolando came today by himself and removed the old door and replaced it (a double door) by himself. It took him approximately three hours. It is great and we are well satisfied. Thank you.

Excellent service from Paul. He explained all options regarding repair of garage door springs, cables and guide wheels. Work was neat and broken components removed from garage. I would recommend precision as I would certainly contact them if needed in the future.

From our first contact to Precision with the customer representative to the installation of the keyless garage door opener by Ron Lecours, was First Class! Everything was handled just as the customer Representative said it would. Ron Lectures arrived on time. He and my husband spoke about the inside door opener. He showed the keyless entry pad to us and demonstrated how it would work. He took out the old buttons and wiring and made sure that everything was safe and installed the opener, taking the time to make sure the old holes were covered. No high pressure, the opener sold itself, that's how great it is. He also added that where it is installed out of the weather it should be good for years. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He's definitely an asset to your organization. We will recommend your company without hesitation! Thank you!

My garage door sensors were not operating properly. Therefore, the wall button had to be held down to close the door. Chris Young arrived right on schedule and performed a quick, efficient and high quality repair with a new safety cable for the springs, lubrication and a new set of sensor eyes for a fair price.

Outstanding service! Chris arrived exactly on time (although he was coming from the other end of the state), on a weekend, 24 hours after my call. He neatly repaired my garage door with an inconspicuous brace; I had expected to need a complete new door. While he was here he fixed a malfunctioning door opener on my other garage door. I called Precision around 2pm after the spring on my garage door broke. Ron, the technician, arrived at my house by 4pm (ahead of schedule!). He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly - including different options and prices. He had all necessary parts on the truck and was able to fix the door within 30 mins. I had an online chat with Precision on a Friday evening, and set up an appointment for the next day, Saturday at 5 pm. He informed me of the initial fee and actually called the next day to ask if we were available earlier. We were, and he came by assessed the job, and completed it there and then in about 1/2 hour. The service was exceptional and Lou, our technician was both professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely use and recommend Precision again.
