Called Precision for a broken door cable I was surprised at their quick response of their technician. Called on Monday and the service was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. I opted for the complete "rebuild" service which was was a change out of Cables, Rollers, Springs, etc. I was a bit taken back by the price I thought 699.00 was a bit high but hey what isn't expensive these days? I will say my door is operating smoothly and much quieter now!

As an emergency service provider my staff clearly understands service. When one of our doors was damaged the crew from Precision was on site the day and time they said they would be, made the needed repairs in a quick neat manner. After the repairs were made they took the time to go thru the door and opener and made suggestions on how to prevent further damage. A second appointment was made with in a couple of weeks ( once the needed parts arrived) and they once again showed up on time and competed the work as promised and for the quoted price. We will be calling them again to schedule a visit to look at the remainder of our 5 large glass doors and to look at our other building with 3 doors. THANKS !!!

Hi Walt, Paul priced out the project (total replacement of doors and all equipment) and Rob installed. Both were on time, friendly and thorough. We are waiting for the correct windows to come in and understand they'll be here shortly. A very minor glitch which Rob addressed on the spot. All in all, an excellent experience and the doors look great! Thanks.

Excellent service in all respects. From the initial phone call to make an appointment to the repairs. Mike arrived earlier than expected. He was great, he explained what repairs were needed and what the cost would be. He got right to work and did a great job. He even arranged for the senior discount which was a big help!
