Ron did excellent job! Very professional and very quick ! I was a little disappointed that the invoice didn't list what cost what ! and 12.50 fuel charge ? that's why i used a local business ! Only 2 or 2 1/2 miles from my house ! The price was a bit much but i don't mind supporting a local business !

I found the company on line and liked their ad. I called and they sent a tech out the same day. He evaluated the problem and replaced the 26 yr old door opener and track . He recommended replacing springs and pullies etc . which i said yes. All done in a couple of hrs. Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this company.

We selected Precision Garage Door from a search based on their Website. It was easy to make an appointment and the technician (Gerry) was prompt and courteous. After inspecting the doors Gerry explained why the old parts needed upgrading and replacement, not only for smoother operation but also for safety reasons. Prior to leaving, Gerry explained the warranty and stressed that if for any reason we had questions or problems we should call Precision. This was a return visit by Precision. Eddie, who arrived very early in the time window, was able to diagnose the reason why the remotes were not functioning properly. He fixed the problem by extending the antenna 8' towards the door. Another good experience with Precision!

This is not my first "go 'round" with Precision and I continue to realize why. From my call to schedule, the actual scheduling itself and the service provided by Jim, my service technician, Precision was a breath of fresh air. Jim realized he needed something to help complete the adjustment to our new door and instead of making excuses, got in his truck and drove to Home Depot to make sure the job was done right. And, at the end of the service, he assured me that a roller may need replacing and promised to note the same on his report to the company. Top notch in every way.

Nervous because my garage door opener was not working after the terrible Nor’easter we had experienced so I contacted PRECISION DOOR SERVICE because they service all brands of garage openers. They scheduled service quickly & GERARD OUELLETTE, my Service Tech, ascertained the problem within minutes of examining my Liftmaster system - I kid you not. Gerard was experienced, knowledgeable patient & easy to talk to, a rare combination.
