The cable on my garage door opener was fraying badly and I was concerned it would snap. I called three garage door companies and Precision not only got back to me quickly, but after-hours. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. They communicated with me every step of the way. Their tech, Lance, was very knowledgeable and efficient. I received a text when Lance was on his way, and he arrived promptly. The work was excellent. He also informed my about needing new springs for my garage door, but also said they're good for another 1-2 years. He didn't push me to do it now, which I appreciated. Great service, and I would definitely use Precision again.

Our garage door spring snapped on New Years Eve. We use the garage as our main entry to the house most of the time. I found Precision through a Google search and reviews and I’m so glad. I scheduled online with their scheduling tool - so easy - and then they called to see if they could come a day early as they were nearby. The gentleman who did the repairs was so nice, explained everything, and was done in just about an hour. The job is complete and everything is working great - two days after it broke!

When my garage door wouldn't open, I was at a loss as my car was inside. Contacted a friend who immediately called your company. Being the day before Xmas Eve, your person came the day after Xmas. He came, fixed the broken cable and gave me some options. Leave it as is or get new cables. I opted for new cables as the ones there are old. Also, I was told I would not be charged for the first visit. The young man was extremely nice, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing your people next week

A great company. Very responsive. Member of the BBB. Have never had a problem with them. The technician I’ve met with has been very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more highly. The categories offered for reason for appointment don’t cover my situation. I thought my garage door had become noisy after being painted. But then it was less so when the technician came. He explained that if a knife isn’t used after painting the door, to make sure the garage door panels aren’t stuck together by the paint in a way that makes it hard for the panels to separate in movement, the garage door motor has to work harder to pull the door until the paint finally separates on its own. Guess mine separated ok a day or so before he came. The door was quieter and he reassured me that it was operating as it should.
