The person who came to our home this morning, Noah Swisher, was efficient, well informed, and courteous. He not only fixed the problem that had necessitated the need for a service, he explained the mechanism, demonstrated it to me, and was congenial throughout.

Pleased with the service call and subsequent repair result. The technician was polite and efficient. Both torsion springs were replaced in less than 30 minutes. I thought the price was a bit high when I factor in the cost of new springs.

I picked Precision because they serviced the Peabody, MA area and more importantly I picked it after reading all of the 5 star reviews. I read the reviews before I made my decision and I'm glad it was Precision. Noah was a great help, he got here a little before the window start time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He secured a lose garage door sensor for me which made a big difference. He was also nice enough to give me a estimate for the future where my garage is old but luckily everything still works. I appreciated that he did that for me and he emailed me all the documents. He was very easy to talk to which I liked. He was very polite. He made my day. I will be sticking with this company for future projects. I highly recommend this company.

Easy scheduling online, received confirmation via sms immediately, and a call on the day of the service one hour in advance of the service window. Appointment occurred on time and Eddie was quick to evaluate the garage door and solve the issue. Really liked that he didn’t try to push me to do services that I didn’t need. Will certainly continue being a client!

Precision Door installed a completely new garage door setup for us in January. Technician explained what he did and how to operate our new door. A few weeks ago, I noticed a space in the facing of the door. I spoke with a support person and they had someone come out a couple of days later. He let me know that it only needed a couple of nails. I realized that was something I could have done but I read the warrenty and I wasn't sure if I would void the warrenty so I called and they fixed my issue. Great service and techs were courteous and personable.

There were lots of options when searching for someone to install new garage doors for my home. I received estimates from nearly 10 local garage door companies and Precision Garage Door of New England was the most professional contractor, from start to finish. I rate my two new garage doors a 5/5 and the service that Jake provided a 6/5. My installer Jake completed the job in one (very hot summer) day and at the end of the long day, patiently walked me through how to set up my mobile key on the myQ app, as well as educate me on best practice for maximizing the longevity for my two new doors. I am certain I made the right decision. One of the first times I can say that with confidence for a major home makeover. Keep up the great work and service! Already have told neighbors and friends about my experience.
