I got an appointment right away and my garage door was fixed within an hour of making the first call! I wish every service provider was as responsive and prompt as Mike.

I chose Precision from their ad in the Yellow Pages. They were immediately cordial and helpful on the phone and made an appoint for the same day. They send a confirmation email and pictures of the employees so you can recognize your repair person. I was given a time window of 1-3. Before 1pm I received a call from Mike T letting me Know he would be arriving by 1:25. Mike checked out the situation and gave us options for repair. He was always courteous and friendly. We were very happy with our results. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision Door Service was very prompt to schedule a visit by Mike who explained everything in detail, asked questions about what I wanted and took measurements. I had done some previous research and felt that this company got the best reviews on installation and service. The only drawback for me was that it took 4 weeks from the time of Mike's visit (when I placed my order) to the installation. However, the installer was also excellent, polite and efficient and I am very pleased with my new garage door and opener. Great company!

Mike did an excellent job of explaining my options for repairing the garage door opener. I chose to replace the whole assembly rather than just the gears. The old unit was installed in 1997. Mike did a great job in replacing the unit. It was not the best of conditions with the heat. Everything was done in a timely manner and he explained the operation of the new unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the replacement. I have used Precision before and as usual I would use Precision again and recommend them for anybody with garage door issues

I called these folks to get a spring replaced on my garage door. I tried to get a price when I called and it sounded like a couple of hundred dollars, or there about. When he came he tried to sell me a door rebuild at 695 a door. When I said how much to just replace the spring he quoted me 395 dollars. I turned him down and paid the 105 service call fee. I then did the repair myself. Total cost 29.95 and 1/2 an hour of labor. I was prepared to pay 200ish for the repair....but really.... I will Never call these people again and I will encourage other people to avoid them.

We partly do this by sourcing the best parts (longer lasting and much better quality than what is sold at Lowe’s or Home Depot) and by standing behind them and our service with a fantastic warranty. In your specific case, we offered a 1-year warranty for parts and labor, as well as, for the service fee. This means that if the springs were defective and/or discontinued providing the force to open your door within 1-year of installation we would replace them for free (no charge for parts, no labor charge and no service or site visit fee). We are very comfortable that the overwhelming majority of our customers appreciate our level of customer service, our parts and warranty, and the satisfaction of dealing with a company that will stand behind their work. We will never be able to compete with the price of cheap parts from the big box stores, but they do not provide the service and/or customer service that we do.

A solid 5 rating...Your technician Mike was prompt, professional, polite and proficient... Also, your receptionist (Sharon or Karen), sorry I do not remember her name. She was also outstanding while handling my initial call...

Fast service. Called at 9:00 AM and door was repaired by 1:30 PM. If you are looking for cheap price do not call precision, they are on the expensive side. If you are looking for fast quality service this is the company to call. Repair person was friendly and attentive. Will use their services in the future.

I just paid $105 for nothing. I had called earlier in the week to request repair for a garage door lock, and was quoted a price over the phone of $125, including the $105 service fee for the visit, and the parts. When the tech arrived (promptly, and he was very pleasant), he told me he didn’t have the parts he needed, and the quote HE gave me was for over $350! With such a discrepancy, and the fact that I’d have to wait for another appointment to get the work done, I declined the service, but had to pay the fee anyway. Very poor way to do business, and I’ve requested a refund, but don’t think I’ll ever see that money again. Thanks for nothing.
