After a terrible accident in which I suffered 3 injured fingers from a malfunctioning garage door I have been consistent about doing garage door check-ups on a periodic basis. Mike was thorough and patient and very personable. He checked everything on the door, rebalanced and lubricated the existing system and explained the door mechanism to me. I purchased another remote because mine was not working properly. Excellent service!

Mike T came out and did the install. He did a fantastic job and was informative. He said I would notice a difference not only cosmetically but also outside noise and warmth inside the garage. Awsome on all counts. Very happy with product and service.

We had two doors done with Precision Doors this year, one at my home and one at my parents home. In both cases we had to bring a technician back as both projects were done incomplete or not done correctly. I also just had a very unsatisfactory phone call with Precision after the technician completed work at my parents home today and left my 88 year old father with some further work to caulk open areas to close some gaps. Walt I have left you e-mails on the latest issue with no response. I do not plan to do any further business with Precision and will certainly not be recommending your service to friends or family.

We just had Mike over at our house to make some maintenance repairs, replace some door hardware, install a new opener, and sync everything to a single keypad. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and wonderful to work with. Very helpful in explaining simple maintenance tasks we should do on our end to extend life of the door hardware. This is our second time using Precision and will definitely use you again in the future. Special thanks to Mike who was really amazing.

I met Barry at a house I was working on. He was a nice guy and obviously knew what he was doing. I asked him to swing by my house to advise me on a new opener. Three days later he showed up (on time) and installed a new industrial style opener. Excellent service, couldn't ask for better...Stew

From start to finish my experience with Precision was great. The receptionist was warm and inviting as well as clear in her questions and comments. Paul came out during my time slot having called to let me know exactly when he would be there. He assessed the situation quickly and reassured me that he could take care of it right then. He did. The call took about 1/2 hour and I would gladly use the company in the future.

Mike came to repair our garage door. He adjusted the door and it works like new. He also reprogrammed our garage door opener remotes and 2 cars. When he was done he oiled and greased both doors. We are very happy with the result. There was a very reasonable charge. Thank you to Mike and to Precicision Grarage Door! John
