I chose Precision Door because you accepted credit cards. The person who installed the doors did an excellent job, however, I will be calling your company because you need to order an extra replacement piece of light gray weather stripping because the installer damaged one strip during the installation. A screw tore a hole through it. Otherwise, excellent and thank you. I ordered two new garage doors and two new automatic door openers. I would give you a five star rating.

Thank you for your feed back and your business. We apologize if you felt we did not schedule your follow-up appointment as quickly as you felt was appropriate. For the record we were at your home last Friday 8/10/18 and left at 3:15 pm. On Monday 8/13/18 we called you at 8:31 am and set up your follow-up appointment. Our administrative office closes at 3:30 pm on Friday and reopens at 7:30 am on Monday.

Excellent service...special thanks to Mike Maghakian. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained our problem and suggested the repair. He then carried out the repair with expertise. I will request him by name for our future garage door problems.

I had called a garage door company that I have used for several years. They could not help me for over one week so I found Precision Door on line. They initially gave me the same answer but when I said “no thank you” the person on the phone asked me to wait until she checked with the service manager and I was informed they would be to my home later that day. Our garage door spring and cable broke at 6:30pm. Called Precision immediately and scheduled a visit for between 2-4 the next day. Got a call from Mike that he could be there by 1:00pm. He assessed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Also had our other garage door checked and lubricated while he was here. Very professional and had it done quickly. Highly recommend!

I picked Precision from the internet after reading several reviews. I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing two doors. Mike came as scheduled and walked me through the process and was very helpful. He took the time to make a repair so I could use the garage until the new doors were installed. He said it would be 4 weeks and the doors were installed ion that time frame. Rob the installer arrived as scheduled and very professional installed both doors and explained the warranty to me and left the garage spotless and removed all the debris. I would highly recommend this company.

I paid $3000 for 3 doors and 3 openers. 18 months later I was charged $135 for a 10 minute service call to align the sensors. They could have told me to try the sensor alignment when I called any of the 3 times I spoke with them. The service itself was excellent but it took 10 minutes.

Very good service by tech Orlando and support from office Tom. One issue is you really need to have garage clear ten feet, including everything off the walls which I was able to do that day and everything worked out just fine.
