Last year Precision installed a fantastic new set of garage doors, motors, etc. Everything was working flawlessly until one of the doors started skipping a little bit. I called in the morning, got an appointment for that same afternoon and 20 minutes later after a little tweaking we are literally back on track. Great service and great products. Plus the 20 degree difference in the garage and warmer floors above thanks to the new doors were well worth the cost.

Amazing customer service. Another company wanted to charge me double what Precision did. Very friendly service andeven secured my garage door shut for the time being wthout me asking, whereas the other company did not evenbdo that and I had to ask him to get it open to get my car out. He would have just left it and my car not able to get out. Anything you need that has to do with garages call Precision!

Excellent job. They offered same day service, arrived on time and called before they arrived to confirm. The technician explained what was broken and provided me options. The repair was quick and when the job was over the technician took all the old parts off site. The billing and invoice system was smooth and clearly documented. My garage doors operate and sound like new and now I am protected for 5 years.

My garage door cable snapped on Sunday. I called at 8am Monday, they gave me a same day appointement for between 9-11am. Service rep was here by 9:15 and done by 10:15. Had all the parts he needed right on the van. Outstanding service, good value, and a 3 year warranty on the work (you can get up to 7 years if you pay a little more and upgrade some parts). Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing garage door service. Thank you!

You all are terrific! This is the second time we have called you (different problems with garage door openers), and both times response was fast and efficient. The tech (Chris in this case) was polite, helpful, informative and clean and thorough. Problem fixed and doors work better than ever. If we have another issue at some point, we would call them with no hesitation! And recommend them highly to anyone who asks! Thank you!!
