I am so happy to have a working door again. Chris was professional, did a great job and was very thorough. He listened to the problem, assessed the situation, explained the repair and went to work! No waiting on parts he was done within an hour and laid out his guarantee and any future issues that could potentially happen. He actually made the existing door safer. I got lots of calls and discounted offers but was looking to establish a relationship with a company I could count on..I think I found it!

Last year we had new lift cables & springs installed & were very pleased with the quality of service and materials. Today had the door frame reset and really appreciate that a serviceman was able to fix our door on such short notice.

I am extremely happy with the 2 men who came out to look at my garage doors. The doors are 22 years old and have never been serviced. The rollers, cables, pulleys, springs, weather stripping on bottoms and a new key pad were all replaced. The men were professional, on time( actually they called to say they would be early), friendly, and diligent. They rebuilt my garage doors like new. thank you.

I was very happy that Precision Garage Doors was able to come out the day after I called and were there ahead of schedule. You know exactly which mechanic is coming as they give you his name and picture ahead of time. The repair (broken spring on an old garage door) went very quicky and lifts more smoothly than before the spring broke. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I think the price was fairly high. About $500 total, mostly for parts. Sears might have been cheaper, but they couldn't come for about a week. So the speedy service was appreciated.

When my garage door wouldn't open and my car was stuck inside, I initially called the company that installed it and was told they couldn't send anyone out today, and that "you're not the only one with a broken garage door." What a nice change to call Precision, where the very pleasant receptionist went out of her way to see if she could help get someone out to my house. Paul gave me a call to say he was on his way and showed up shortly thereafter. He quickly fixed the problem, added new quiet rollers, and was on his way. Paul was extremely professional, competent and pleasant. I will definitely call Precision again, and will recommend it to others. Thank you!

Chris Young was excellent! Gentleman and definitely knows what he is doing. I would rate the service as 5 stars. The wires on the garage motor were chewed by squirrels. We fixed the squirrel problem and now with Chris's expertise all is working well.

Quality work and am very satisfied with the doors. Only complaint was that the fitting for the doors was originally measured in correctly causing a delay in installation and required an adjustment of our schedule to accommodate the revisit.

Paul arrived at my Braintree location and assessed the state of my heavy, old wooden door and its broken spring. The panels were rotting out and I knew it was time to bite the bullet and replace the door. Paul was personable, efficient, and thorough as he measured the door and showed me the style options. He didn't try to upsell me on something I did not need such as a higher insulated door value (for a freestanding garage). We figured out the best system for me to get so there would never be a situation of me being locked out of the garage. He gave me an accurate estimate as to when I could expect delivery of the door and installation. Robin from the office called me and booked my installation time. The day of the installation, Rob Augusta came and took away the dead door after he had installed the new one and its mechanisms. Rob was cordial and worked carefully and efficiently. My only complaint is that he did not copy down my serial number information for my warranty registration. I need to get up on a ladder inside the garage and get that information myself before I can register my purchase for warranty. That is a very small hiccup in what was a very highly satisfying experience with Precision Door. Sharon in billing was also easy to deal with. My installation was a month ago and I just passed on Rob Augusta's business card to a former neighbor. I only hope the product is as good as the customer service.
