My garage door opener (over 10 years old) failed over the holiday weekend, I searched for the manufacturer and found Precision's site and gave them a call. Alex came out and explained the problem and provided me with different options. We agreed to replace the opener with a new system as well as the rollers based on the Alex's recommendations. The new opener was installed very quickly and with the new rollers is so much quieter than what I had. At some point in the future I will need to replace the door and will be calling Precision for that.

Great job. My only concern is that it was very difficult to communicate with your company. I was trying to return your call and all I kept getting was a message telling me to leave a message. Very frustrating because I couldn't get someone to return my call. I was almost ready to give up when my call was finally returned. That small attention to detail could have cost you a customer.

Ontime arrival, honest conversation and no frills work right away. Very impressed with workmanship and also the energy Chris had from the time he came in and completed the repair. Made it look easy too. I sure thought I would be in for 'need a new door' comment and $600 quote as was told by some other local repair service, but, Chris fixed the issue with no extras.

Precision Door Service installed two new garage doors and motors about 6 years ago. We needed a tune-up and another door remote control. Staff in the office was professional when I called to make the appointment. Chris, the technician, called ahead to let me know he'd arrive in 30 minutes. He was prepared, professional and efficient. Good solid service and the tech was very professional. They came on time and finished sooner than expected. The one thing is they are not cheap! And the estimate the tech gave me was off from the final price by about 200 dollars
