Have them come out every couple years as a preventative maintenance plan. Just had them repair my son’s door as well. Eddie just installed a new motor with remote access and he was professional, knowledgeable and on time. Will see them in a couple years!

The technician diagnosed the problem, performed the corrective action and gave me a full explanation of the work completed. He demonstrated that they were operating correctly . He gave some tips to keep the doors working their best. He then gave me a breakout of the charges with an invoice sent to my e-mail address.

Precision Garage Door and their technician, Dylan P, did two single-door rebuilds and upgraded one of the garage door openers. Dylan's service level exceeded all expectations! It was a pleasure to have him to our home for the work. Dylan called twice earlier in the day about his estimated time of arrival. His actual time of arrival was even earlier than the service window (good thing). Dylan did thorough inspections of the hardware; then, shared his findings, our options, and his recommendation when I asked. Dylan was polite, friendly and product knowledge was exceptional. His work was professional and very efficient. Recommend Precision and Dylan without reservation.

I called and booked got an appointment the next day. They texted me when they were on their way and kept me up to date on time of arrival. They were professional, recommended the fix, executed in a timely manner. Price was $540+ to repair springs and cable on one bay. I did not shop around to see if that was reasonable or not. So i cannot attest to that.

Precision Garage Door did some major work on my garage door about 4 years ago. Over time, the door was starting to loosen so that it didn’t always stay up. Since I had a 5 year warranty for parts and labor, I called Precision back to have the work done. I was pleasantly shocked when they had a technician available to come out today, the day I called. And the technician they sent, Dylan, could not have been better. He’d already read the previous work order from 4 years ago before he even arrived, then he quickly analyzed the current issues, repaired everything perfectly and quickly, and explained clearly everything he’d done. Along with his obvious expertise and competence, he also could not have been a nicer person. Because of Dylan, I’m giving Precision 5 stars, but wish I could give many more. FYI, the warranty covered all parts and labor, leaving me to pay only a reasonable service fee, which was outside the 5 year parts and labor warranty. I will definitely do business with Precision Garage Door again and ask specifically for Dylan when I need garage door service in the future.

After calling my old door company and found out they were sold , i reached out to Precision. I booked my service online and found they had availability the same day! I missed the call, but I also got a email and a text letting me know that Brian was on his way and he arrived on time, despite the long distance. He was helpful and friendly. He listened to all the issues I raised and responded to all of them. My house is 100 years old, with a waste pipe and gas pipes in the way, so of course things are more complicated. I appreciated his explanation of the options and attention to detail. Because of the complications, I still have to consider my next step. I think in a less complicated situation, I could have moved ahead.
