I received a text when Lance was on his way, and he arrived promptly. The work was excellent. He also informed my about needing new springs for my garage door, but also said they're good for another 1-2 years. He didn't push me to do it now, which I appreciated. Great service, and I would definitely use Precision again.

Our garage door spring snapped on New Years Eve. We use the garage as our main entry to the house most of the time. I found Precision through a Google search and reviews and I’m so glad. I scheduled online with their scheduling tool - so easy - and then they called to see if they could come a day early as they were nearby. The gentleman who did the repairs was so nice, explained everything, and was done in just about an hour. The job is complete and everything is working great - two days after it broke!

When my garage door wouldn't open, I was at a loss as my car was inside. Contacted a friend who immediately called your company. Being the day before Xmas Eve, your person came the day after Xmas. He came, fixed the broken cable and gave me some options. Leave it as is or get new cables. I opted for new cables as the ones there are old. Also, I was told I would not be charged for the first visit. The young man was extremely nice, polite and explained everything to my satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing your people next week
