The website was easy to locate and easy to navigate. It quickly to me to an appointment schedule. The service call fee was clearly stated and I was delighted with the 25$ discount. The technician was on time, and called before arrival to verify his arrival time. He was mindful of not tracking dirt in, was quick to assess the problem. I appreciated that he gave me the option of only repairing the broken spring but provided an estimate for replacing both. He was efficient, pleasant, and professional.
