He explained without being condescending. He listened to what the issue was and explained how he would fix it. Also, the price was really good and he was quick. Great experience with our technician. He notified us in advance that he could arrive early, he quickly evaluated the reason our garage door wasn't working (ancient electronics), said 'I'm a fixit guy myself' and fiddled with the old circuit board and got it to work with our remote switches again. He explained options for replacing the motor but no pressure sales pitch. Clearly very experienced and friendly. We have two weeks to decide whether to replace the old motor with new system, with service fee from today applied to the quote. Highly recommend
