Dylan was outstanding! He called ahead and let me know exactly when he would arrive and then arrived at that time. He listened closely to what my problem was and how it had happened. He felt he knew what was happening and had the wall switch problem fixed within five minutes and then showed me exactly what had caused the problem. He went on to show me how to add a new battery to the remote and how to order new lightbulbs for the overhead units which would work better and work longer. This was Dylan’s second visit here and he was exceptionally kind and friendly and never made me feel incompetent or foolish for calling even though after he fixed the issues I could see they weren’t major issues even though to me they had been since I couldn’t use one of the doors! We were super pleased with the work Ron performed in fixing both our garage doors. They used to be very hard to open, and one had a broken spring. Now we can open either door with just 2 fingers. We got the package that included replacing all rollers, springs, installing safety wires to stop broken springs from snapping back and doing damage and cables. Very pleased with the result!
