Technician Mike M. called ahead & was able to arrive 1 hr. earlier than scheduled (worked out great for me!.) Basically rebuilt 1 of my 2 garage doors; cleaned/lubed/balanced both. The quality of parts he used were much higher than the OEM parts they replaced: cast-iron (as opposed to stamped steel) pulleys; heavier-duty cables; sealed bearing rollers, etc. He worked quickly & efficiently. I'm very happy with the work performed by Mike & Precision, & will get Mike back out here when the 2nd door inevitably needs a rebuild.

So far the experience has been great. I saw their truck on route 495, I called the office and schedule an appointment Two days later The technician came right on time at the beginning of a 2 hour window. I received a quote within 20 minutes in my email. Right now they are the strongest of the competitors.

We were pleased to have Mike M. visit us today. He even came 3 hours earlier! Our brackets, wiring for the door sensors and sensors needed to be replaced. He also lubricated the door track and joints and it is much quieter. Thank you for explaining what needed to be done and showing us the parts. Not happy with your pricing. Told one thing on the phone and then billed for another much higher amount after the tech completed the work. Also invoice had no breakdown on parts or labor charges. Very unprofessional! After this outrageous overcharge I will never recommend your company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi. Met with Mike today-very professional, offered earlier apponumebt due to a cancellation-worked out well. I signed on for a new door and opener-he presented options and the deal was sealed looking forward to finishing project- 7 week delivery is a long time to wait-will put me into end of December. Not a good thing.
