He informed me of the initial fee and actually called the next day to ask if we were available earlier. We were, and he came by assessed the job, and completed it there and then in about 1/2 hour. Recently scheduled an appointment on line to have a section of garage door replaced. Tom Rinaldi was our service technician and was on time for the initial appointment, walked me through some options, didn't try to sell me something I did not need, and gave me some basic GD maintenance tips. I had a reasonable quote within a couple days of the initial visit and the job was completed within the next week. Excellent experience from starting the quote process on line to finishing the job.
