A great company. Very responsive. Member of the BBB. Have never had a problem with them. The technician I’ve met with has been very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Couldn’t recommend more highly. The categories offered for reason for appointment don’t cover my situation. I thought my garage door had become noisy after being painted. But then it was less so when the technician came. He explained that if a knife isn’t used after painting the door, to make sure the garage door panels aren’t stuck together by the paint in a way that makes it hard for the panels to separate in movement, the garage door motor has to work harder to pull the door until the paint finally separates on its own. Guess mine separated ok a day or so before he came. The door was quieter and he reassured me that it was operating as it should.

Had same day service! Called in early afternoon and Louis arrived by 3:00pm. Took about 2 minutes to reconnect my security eye and provide a universal remote! Simple and efficient and Louis was great!

Luis was very helpful at explaining the problem we were having which stems from the fact that our garage was built in 1948 and the garage door mechanisms had to be mounted in a much smaller space than usual, thus causing some issues over the past 12 years which is how long ago they were installed.He also explained how to adjust the mechanism if I had future door opening problems.

I want to thank Luis for coming so quickly. My garage door would not open. Apparently, a power surge from the last storm blew out the motherboard of the garage door opener. There was enough power to open and close the door for about a week, then my car got stuck in the garage. Luis arrived ahead of schedule and quickly resolved the problem, first gave me an estimate, then repaired the unit, gave me two new remotes and performed routine Maintenace on the door rollers, bearings and hinges. I could not be more pleased and would definitely recommend Precision Doors for service.

Scheduling the visit was super easy with the on line tools offered. The technician arrived early in the time window provided and he was friendly, courteous and very accommodating to my requests. Luis called me a day early and said he could squeeze me in. He suggested a new motor instead of a new sensor for a 17-year-old motor (good money after bad). He was prepared to install it right away and did so. He then stayed to teach me how to program my garage code and my Iphone. A good experience all around.
