Our garage door springs snapped and pulleys sheared this winter. Our service provider was prompt, analyzed our problems efficiently and found the most cost effective solutions. From the woman who answered the phone to Paul, who was my technician everything was perfect. Paul called right before our appointment to let me know his estimated time of arrival. I originally called to have a garage door fixed...that turned out to be impossible because the door was over thirty years old, wooden and heavy. One of the springs snapped and it was obvious we needed a new door. Rolando came today by himself and removed the old door and replaced it (a double door) by himself. It took him approximately three hours. It is great and we are well satisfied. Thank you.
